We held another meeting for the Oxford trip as it was a day when we needed to be really organised. In the meeting we discussed what locations we would visit, what shots we would take and how much time we would allow for each location shoot.

When we started to go out and film on location we realised that we needed to be more organised with what were filming, where we were filming and different shot types that we were doing. we realised that the best way to get around this was to have meetings and record them. this way we could listen back over the recordings to see what was said.
